Refund & Cancellation Policy | Jambavanta Foundation

Jambavanta Foundation (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in all our transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be processed.


1. Donations

  • All donations made to Jambavanta Foundation are non-refundable.
  • Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except in cases of:
    • Duplicate transaction.
    • Technical error resulting in excess payment.
  • Any refund requests in such cases must be sent to gaurav.tripathi@jambavantafoundation.org within 7 days of the transaction, along with transaction details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15-30 working days.

2. Merchandise Purchases

  • Merchandise once sold will not be taken back or exchanged, except:
    • If the product is damaged during transit.
    • If the product delivered is incorrect compared to the order placed.
  • In such cases, you must notify us at gaurav.tripathi@jambavantafoundation.org within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Replacement or refund will be initiated after verification, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 15-30 working days.

3. Event Registrations

  • Registration fees for events are non-refundable once paid, except:
    • If the event is canceled by Jambavanta Foundation.
    • If the event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date.
  • For cancellations initiated by us, the refund will be processed within 15-30 working days.

4. Transaction Failures

  • If your payment is deducted from your account but the confirmation is not received due to technical reasons, please contact us at gaurav.tripathi@jambavantafoundation.org with proof of payment.
  • Upon verification, the amount will be refunded or adjusted against future donations or purchases, as per your preference.

5. Processing Timelines

  • All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
